Conversations with our website AI chat assistant are processed by Anthropic to generate responses and a transcript of each conversation is emailed to our team so we can follow up on enquiries and improve our service. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the chat assistant — to apply for a loan or share such details, use our secure application form or contact us directly.
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
